When my daughter turned 3, she got a special American Girl Bitty Baby doll for her birthday, with dark hair and almond shaped eyes. For her 4th Christmas, at the top of her wish list was another baby doll exactly like the first. Why? Because she wanted twins! Although in real life twins mean double the work, they are a dream come true for almost any family.
Meet Nora and Elise.
They are one month old but still tiny, being preemies.
Eat, poop, sleep, then repeat! Round the clock. Mom and dad probably haven't had more than a couple hours of sleep at a time since they were born. But, when you're this cute, you can get away with things like that.
Now here is one big sister who will never have to ask for twin dolls - she has the real thing! Sister love is one of the best kinds of love there is and this family has a triple dose.
Big sis still gets lots and lots of special time with mom and dad.
After 8 months of sharing mommy's tummy together, Nora and Elise still love snuggling up close.
This family went from 3 to 5 pretty quick! Prepare yourself, mom and dad - this means you are going to eventually have 3 girls in High School all at once for a couple of years! Can you imagine?
For now, just enjoy all of those first smiles, smirks, giggles...
